an all-levels slow flow class guided by Chelsea Hover with Sound Bath from Leilani Silver for a good cause ~ proceeds will go to support keiki in need on the Big Island!

Bring whatever props you have from home (bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye pillow, blocks, yoga mat, strap, etc.) Chelsea guides a super nourishing and gentle restorative sequence while Leilani Silver's gifted way with the crystal singing bowls supports the container in healing vibrations.
